This is a straightforward, one-person residential electrical business. We collect the minimum information we need to schedule and complete your job.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email, and job address when you contact us or book an appointment.
• A description of the electrical issue you're calling about.
• Payment information, processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule, deliver, and invoice the electrical work you've requested.
• To follow up on service, answer questions, and comply with warranty obligations.
• To meet legal requirements, including permits filed with your municipality.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with: Square (payment processing), your municipal permit office when a permit is required for your job, and our accountant / attorney if the situation requires it. That's it.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The Square booking widget on the booking page uses its own cookies to function, governed by Square's privacy policy.

Your rights
