Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the services we provide.

Services

Brunner Boys Electric provides licensed residential electrical services in New Jersey (NJ Electrical Contractor License #16412). Work performed on your property is subject to a written scope of work, permits where required, and applicable New Jersey code.

Estimates and quotes

Written quotes provided during a diagnostic visit are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may adjust if the scope of work changes or if conditions found during the work materially differ from what was diagnosed (rare, but sometimes unavoidable in older homes).

Warranty

Labor performed by Brunner Boys Electric is warranted for one year from completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment pass through to you at their stated terms. Customer-supplied parts are installed but not warranted by us.

Payment

Invoices are due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Payment is processed through Square (card, ACH, or check). Late invoices accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by New Jersey law.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific job. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, business interruption, or damage to items not directly related to the electrical work performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Burlington County, NJ.
